For more than a decade Rogers was a prominent agent booking more than 25 million dollars in business. She represented producers, directors, writers, actors, and below-the-line crew for film and television. She also sold television series, animated series, talk shows and movies-of-the-week. Her wide range of clients won awards across the board, including Academy and Emmy Awards. For three years Rogers also taught at the esteemed Entertainment Studies program at UCLA on how to break into the TV & Film business. She is the author of four books and the host of "The Complete Guide to Making it in Hollywood". Rogers received her masters degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and approaching everything in life from the framework of her faith. 1. What is a Hollywood Career Coach?

Victorya Michaels Rogers is a Life Coach who is an expert on the entertainment industry and media careers, thus she known as the “Hollywood Career Coach.” Rogers guides the talented through the steps of breaking into and climbing the ladder of success in media—from acting to directing to producing to writing to publicity or management. Victorya Michaels Rogers is an expert in the entertainment business with a proven track record as a talent agent. She is also a 4-time published author, taught at UCLA, has appeared on national television, radio and magazines and travels the country helping the talented break-in. Coaching with Victorya Rogers is two-way dialogue, between you and Victorya, by telephone or email. You can coach with her one time or sign up for one of her multiple coaching programs.

2. Is coaching the same as therapy?

No, Victorya’s coaching program is not the same as therapy or counseling. Coaching is designed to give shorter bursts of information and overall perspective to the caller to help deal with immediate life, career and media goals and objectives. Coaching with Victorya is a quick reference to and expansion of Victorya’s expertise after 16 years in the entertainment industry including 11 years as a talent agent as well as her expertise in publishing having been published by major publishers. Victorya does not offer treatment planning or diagnosis offered by traditional counselors. If you feel that professional counseling is needed, please also pursue that.

3. What are the limitations of life coaching?

Victorya’s coaching is designed to help you get a clear picture of your goals and ambitions and put you on a path to achieve them including details on how to break into the entertainment industry, publishing industry and/or other career aspirations. She’ll help you identify what you need to change, improve or begin doing altogether. Coaching will help you identify how you personally can improve your relationships. It will help you know discover your assets so you can stand out from the crowd. It is not designed to "fix" anyone but you because you are all you can control. You will gain confidence and self-esteem which enables you go for your dreams.

The six weeks coaching program includes 6 weeks of coaching directly with Victorya by phone. You will have an initial 60-minute phone appointment with Victorya and then five, weekly 20-minute conversations to follow, plus up to 6 email communications during the 6 weeks.  You will initially want to put your professional resume and bio together for her to look at prior to your first session. Also you’ll want to come up with at least 10 questions you want covered during your session.

Victorya offers a 3-week “Jump Start Your Career Coaching series. The three weeks coaching program includes 3 weeks of coaching directly with Victorya by phone. Your “Jump Start your Career” package also includes up to 3 email communications during the 3 weeks. Victorya offers an introductory coaching package.
This coaching program includes three coaching sessions directly with Victorya by phone. You will have an initial 20-minute session with Victorya to get you start and then two 20 more minute conversations to be schedule at your convenience, as you complete the assignments and exercises she discusses with you. You will initially want to put your professional resume and bio together for her to look at prior to your first session. Also you’ll want to come up with at least 10 questions you want covered during your session. Your “Tell Me What You Really Want” package also includes up to 2 email communications.

6. How do I prepare for my coaching session?

You will feel more satisfied with your coaching session if you spend a few minutes thinking about what you really want to accomplish from each coaching session.  What burning questions do you want answered? Is there a current crisis in your Hollywood Career life or are you looking for overall insight? Spend some time considering your reasons for calling and for best results, jot down your questions so you can be sure you won’t forget to ask.

7.  What if I don't like what you have to say, can I get a refund?

If you are not fully satisfied with Victorya’s style, you can consider the first 5 minutes of your first coaching session as a grace period. If you are not happy with how it is going, let Victorya know you would like to stop the session and your money for that session can be refunded (except for the fees covering any material you have already received).

There is no long term commitment with Victorya’s coaching program either. You pay as you go on the individual sessions and pay the one-time fee on the package offers. Victorya makes every attempt to provide you with all the information requested in the shortest time possible. You are always free to record you phone conversations with Victorya for you to listen to over and over.
